<p>Este manual te ayudará a construir la mejor versión de tus glúteos y fortalecer tus rodillas y piernas. Es ideal para principiantes o personas con lesiones. Aquí obtendrás resultados sorprendentes con estas poderosas rutinas sin el impacto en tus articulaciones y seguramente fortalecerás tus rodillas!</p>



<p><strong>Objetivos de este programa:</strong></p>



<ul><li>Tonificar todo el cuerpo, creación de masa muscular y quemar grasa localizada.</li><li>Incluye rutinas de total body así que también estarás construyendo la mejor versión de tus brazos y abdomen.</li><li>Nuestras clases son súper divertidas así que sentirás que estás en una fiesta mientras entrenas para transformar tu cuerpo en su mejor versión.</li></ul>



<p><strong>Duración de las rutinas:</strong><br>Todas las clases tienen tiempos distintos, un promedio de <strong>55min/1:15</strong> incluyendo relajaciones/meditaciones.</p>



<p><strong>Equipo necesario:</strong><br>Tobilleras, Banda de resistencia, bola de pilates, pesas pesadas para los puentes y pesas livianas o intermedias para las rutinas de brazos (la info de los tamaños de las pesas la encuentras más abajo).</p>
